Takeaway is bad for your health because it has fat in it and you get fat.

Kristen, ceratainly is does contain fat and too much fat is not good for you. Too much fat in our foods is contributing to obese children. Would you allow any take away if you were a parent?

Not all takeaway food is bad. There are some healthy options like rolls, sandwiches and fruit salad. Fatty and salty foods like chips and fried chicken are not healthy. A balanced diet is always important.

Year four I would let my kids have takeaway but only once in a few weeks. I wouldn’t let my children have takeaway every day because there is heaps of fat in takeaway. TAKEAWAY IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH!!
